Contemporary Upholstered Beds
At Comodo Living, every contemporary upholstered bed is designed to bring together comfort, craftsmanship and everyday practicality. Whether you're after a sleek upholstered modern bed for a minimalist bedroom or a statement piece with pattern and personality, our collection is built to order in the UK, backed by a 5-year structural guarantee, and available in 44 fabric options — so you can create a bed that's genuinely yours.
A Style for Every Bedroom
Our range spans classic to contemporary, so there's a shape and finish to suit any space:
- Upholstered double bed frames in curved, winged and panel silhouettes for smaller rooms and guest bedrooms
- Wood upholstered bed frames pairing solid timber legs with soft, tailored upholstery for a warmer, more natural look
- Double striped upholstered bed designs for a tailored, on-trend finish that adds subtle structure to the room
- Double floral upholstered bed options for a softer, statement-making centrepiece with botanical charm
- Extended and winged frames for those who want extra length or a more dramatic headboard silhouette
Each style is available across our full fabric library, so the same frame can look completely different depending on the finish you choose.

Pattern, Texture and Colour — Made to Order
If you want your bedroom to feel considered rather than off-the-shelf, a double upholstered striped bed or a floral-patterned frame can do a lot of the work on its own, without needing extra soft furnishings to tie the room together. For a calmer, contemporary base that works with changing décor, plain bouclé, velvet or linen-look fabrics on any of our modern frames give you a neutral foundation you can restyle season to season.
Choosing the Right Upholstered Bed for Your Space
A few things worth thinking about before you order:
- Room size – curved and low-profile frames suit smaller rooms; extended and winged frames make a bigger visual statement
- Fabric performance – if you have pets or children, ask us about our more hard-wearing weaves
- Headboard height – higher headboards create a more dramatic, hotel-style feel
- Wood vs fully upholstered legs – wood frame details add contrast and a slightly more traditional touch
