Where are your products made?

All of our products are hand made in Yorkshire.

Are your items guaranteed?

We offer a 1-year guarantee on all orders placed. Our guarantee protects your purchase from structural defects and manufacturing faults. This warranty excludes fabric damage, deterioration or staining, and structural issues caused through misuse of the product.

Can you guarantee that my upholstered furniture will be an exact colour match to my selected fabric sample?

We are using a vast amount of upholstery fabrics every day. Most of our fabrics are woven using natural fibres so colours may differ ever so slightly from one batch to another.

Can I use a fabric I have sourced elsewhere for my order?

Yes, we can upholster your bed, headboard and blanket box in material provided by you.

Can I delay the delivery of my order?

Yes, let us know when confirming the order and we will plan it into production accordingly.

Do you offer Trade accounts?

Yes, we do. We love working with interior designers, boutique hotels and architects who create perfect interiors. We have a dedicated trade account manager who will be able to guide you through our trade provision and discounting scheme. To apply for a trade account, please email sales@comodoliving.co.uk

I am not available to receive my order, what should I do?

If you need to make changes to your delivery date, please give us plenty of notice so we can avoid lost fees. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to re-schedule a delivery to avoid incurring extra fees. Unfortunately, failed deliveries come with a cost.

Will my mattress fit on any of your beds?

Our beds, headboards and storage beds are compatible with all standard UK sized mattresses.

Can you do custom sizes?

We offer custom sizes on the majority of our products bar the mattresses. Customisations will attract a surcharge based upon the degree of alterations. Please email our friendly Customer Services team on sales@comodoliving.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

Can I amend my order once confirmed?

Once your order details are confirmed your order will be immediately placed into production and planned for delivery. You can amend any aspect of your order free-of-charge until your order is confirmed and in production. To make a change, please email our Customer Services as soon as possible on sales@comodoliving.co.uk
